How can I view pricing info
Our prices are competitive and exclusive to our clients. Simply register on our website and await approval from our management to view pricing and shop.
How much is the minimum order
At OptoTrend, we believe in making things easier for our clients. There’s no minimum order – simply order the quantity you need, whenever you need it.
How do I place an order
Register. Wait for Approval. Sign In. Add to Cart. Checkout. It's quite easy really.
Which locations can I get products delivered to
Our delivery service currently covers Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and coastal regions of Lebanon. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to East Lebanon, the far South, or certain inland areas at this time. Please refer to the map below. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us for more details.
How are payments made
We accept payment via money transfers after order confirmation, or cash on delivery. You can use Western Union or Whish Money for money transfers.
How long until my order is processed
Orders are processed and delivered within 2-4 business days.
What is the cost of delivery
- For orders under $300, a $5 delivery fee applies.
- For orders $300 and above, delivery is free.
When can I expect new product releases
The product collection is updated regularly with new arrivals. Make sure to check back regularly to explore new arrivals!
What is the warranty policy
At OptoTrend, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, ensuring that the products you receive are in perfect condition. Please inspect your order as it is received to ensure all frames are in perfect condition. To initiate a claim, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. If your claim is approved as a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the frame for you, or we’ll issue a credit equal to the cost of the frame. For claims to be realized, all damaged frames must be kept aside for return back to our office.
